We are a group of like-minded Travellers and Gypsies, who with the support of Kingston Maurward College, endeavour to give a voice to the Gypsies and Travellers of Dorset. We aim to do this through not only educating ourselves, but to give the general public a chance to understand us and our lifestyles, which will hopefully start to eradicate the prejudice that is directed against us - sometimes for several generations.

The group was formed in 2005 at Kingston Maurward, with the intention of obtaining funding to aid the expansion of education for Gypsies and Travellers, who often miss out on these opportunities.

The group is open to Gypsies,Travellers or those having strong links with these communities, regardless of race, religion or sexuality.

As a group, we try to be good ambassadors and, wherever possible, build bridges between us and settled communities.

We also supply diversity training and demonstrations of Arts and Crafts as an introduction to the various travelling cultures.
